The Caribe is more than just a restaurant. We are a black-owned restaurant in san diego with deep roots in military service. I’m Ike, the CEO, and my time in the Army taught me the value of discipline, community, and service. When I opened The Caribe, I wanted to bring those same values to the hospitality world.
